This month’s talk: Where do we go from here?
Lizzie Benton is a culture specialist who supports organisations and businesses in developing a purpose-driven company culture and more autonomous teams.
In this talk, Lizzie will explore how ‘normal’ never really was normal, but a crazy reality we all came to accept. We will journey through more progressive ways of organising drawing from global examples, and she’ll provide you with some practices that you can go away and experiment with yourself and in the tribes you work within.

There’s plenty of parking available at the multi-story carpark as you approach Bewiched or if you continue along Bittern Way you’ll come to the Railway Siding Car Park.
Join us from 6.30pm for coffee and cake, with talks starting around 7pm.

Lizzie is best known for her honest approach to company culture and believes in building more organisations that support our human potential.
Lizzie has worked across multiple sectors to support companies in establishing their
culture. Sectors include advertising and marketing, technology, construction, charities and not-for-profits.
Lizzie’s skills and training is based in new ways of working and self-managed
organisations. She has trained in the Netherlands and with a Swedish organisation to
learn from those who are leading the movement in company culture. Lizzie is a
Holacracy Practitioner, TuffLeadership Practitioner, and Certified Semco Style Expert.
